5903 Bali Way is a freelance project in St. Pete Beach, Fl. The client wanted to remodel the front entrance of the house and add a two car garage to the property. The garage features a 12 ft shed dormer that is large enough to store their kayaks or a small boat. The garage is positioned 8 ft from the house with a breezeway between the laundry room door and the back door of the garage.
Before: The house had a wooden walkway leading towards the front door and a large driveway with no garage.
After: The walkway was removed and the roof was raised above the porch to open the space and make the house seem much larger. A two car garage was also added in the driveway.
